Science-Conference-Minsk Minsk to host Youth in Science conference

MiNSK, Oct 26 :The Council of Young Scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus is organizing the 15th

international scientific conference of young scientists Youth in Science 2018 on 29 October-1 November, BelTA learned from the press service of the National Academy of Sciences.

The conference will become of the biggest youth scientific events in Belarus. In 2018 the forum will celebrate the 90th anniversary of the National Academy of Sciences of the Belarus.

   The conference will feature the biggest international and inter-disciplinary projects, scientific developments implemented with the participation of young scientists. Attending the conference will be over 300 scientists from more than 10 countries (Belarus, Russia, Germany, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Lithuania and others), leadership

of the councils of young scientists of the academies of sciences which make part of the International Association of the Academies of Sciences.

The conference will include reports of successful young scientists, sectional reports on the main activities of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (agricultural, biological, humanitarian, medical sciences, physics, mathematics and computer science, physical engineering, chemistry and earth sciences) are scheduled.

The conference will feature a special section for school researchers from different cities of the country entitled as The First Step to Science, and also a series of panel discussions: The National Academy of Sciences of Belarus: 90 Years of Intellectual History, Biotechnologies: Achievements, Perspectives, Problems, Perspective Directions of the Food Industry Development through the Eyes of Young Scientists.

  The Youth in Science conference is a prestigious event for the presentation of projects of talented young people from the CIS and non-CIS states, the press service stressed.
