Price hike is unacceptable: Senator Khokhar

Islamabad: Senator Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar, the spokesman to Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, has reacted to the increase in the prices of medicines and has said that the government is taking advantage of the people and preying on them by the price hike in the country. 

Senator Khokhar said that the constant increase in prices of goods is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. He said that the government first snatched the calm of the people and is now snatching lives by increasing the prices of medicines.

 Senator Khokhar said that the government’s only performance has been stripping the people off the facilities provided to them. In disguise of claims of providing people with five million houses, the government has only rendered people homeless, he said. Senator Khokhar said that the government’s conduct has been disappointing and it is only a matter of time that the people of Pakistan start protesting against the injustice and biased attitude of the PTI rule. The government has proven itself to be a destructive tsunami, he concluded.
