Chairman NAB overstepping his mandate: Palwasha Khan

Islamabad: Deputy Secretary Information Pakistan Peoples Party Palwasha Khan has said that Chairman NAB is overstepping his mandate by giving political interviews.

“He is trying to be jury, judge and executioner. NAB is being used as a weapon to target political opponents,” she said.

Moreover, NAB is more concerned with tarnishing the reputation of Asif Ali Zardari through a media trial instead of doing its job, she said.

The PPP leader said that sending Chairman Bilawal a notice is an example of terrible political revenge which will not be tolerated.

She concluded by saying that it is morally incorrect of the Chairman NAB to give interviews against the opposition without presenting any proof.
