Govt providing 200,000 undergraduate scholarships: Dr Ishrat Hussain

Islamabad: Adviser to the Prime Minister on Institutional Reforms and Austerity Dr. Ishrat Hussain Sunday said the government had started various programs for youth as they are asset of the country.

Addressing convocation of National University of Modern Languages in Islamabad, he said under Ehsaas Program, the government is providing two hundred thousand scholarships to under graduate students, which is the largest scholarships ever.

The Adviser said under Kamyab Jawan Program, a hefty amount was earmarked to give loans to youth to start their businesses.
