CDWP approves, recommends ML-1 project to ECNEC at cost of $7.2bn: Chairman CPEC
Islamabad: Chairman China Pakistan Economic Corridor Lt. Gen. (R) Asim Saleem Bajwa says Central Development Working Party has approved and recommended ML-1 project to ECNEC at a cost of 7.2 billion dollars.
In a tweet, he said project scope includes dualization and upgradation of 1872 km railway track from Peshawar to Karachi, upgrading of Walton Academy and building of Dry Port at Havelian.
Chairman CPEC termed it a big milestone in second phase of CPEC.
