Italy: Andrea Bocelli offers reward for missing dog lost in sea off Sardinia

Rome: Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli has appealed for the safe return of his pet dog Pallina which apparently slipped off his boat and disappeared into the sea off Sardinia.

Bocelli took to social media to launch his appeal, saying that Pallina – “our Italian whippet” – is missing in the stretch of sea between Liscia Ruja in the area of Arzachena to Baia Caddinas in the area of Golfo Aranci.
“She has a microchip and is very affectionate … She will be alone, surely, very scared. We are saddened and worried about this helpless little creature and her fate.”
Bocelli and his wife Veronica Berti are offering a reward to whoever manages to bring Pallina home to him, reports Italian news agency ANSA.

Bocelli has asked that anyone with useful information should contact tel. +393356383424 or info@andreabocelli.com.
