People are tired of govt: PPP

Islamabad: President Pakistan People’s Party Punjab Qamar Zaman Kaira has said that people have become sick and tired of this government and opposition parties will decide to get rid of this government in tomorrow’s All Parties’ Conference.

Qamar Zaman Kaira said this while addressing a news conference with Dr. Nafisa Shah, Chaudhry Manzoor, Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar, Palwasha Khan and Nazir Dhoki at Zardari House Islamabad on Saturday evening.

Kaira said that the former President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari and Quaid of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz, Nawaz Sharif will participate in the APC via video link.

President PPP Punjab said that as the APC is nearing the gibberish of the PTI ministers and advisors have increased. He said that the PPP will rise again to its former glory after this government is sent packing because this government did not fulfill a single promise it made to the people. This PTI government has destroyed the country’s economy and the nation has decided to get rid of this PTI government. He said that there is no freedom of expression in this fascist government.

Qamar Zaman Kaira said that this APC was scheduled just after Eid but due to the Covid-19 situation in the country it is being held now. He said that the APC will be held today (September 20) at a hotel in Islamabad.

He said that opposition does not want any relief from this government as we have always fought against tyranny and fascism and will continue to do so. He said that about 90 percent of Charter of Democracy has been implemented. This government has to go because people want it, he concluded.
