Bilawal Bhutto demands rights for GB

Islamabad: Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that the constitutional rights will also be demanded for the people of GB so that the voice of the people is listened to in Islamabad.

“If the people of GB will not select the Prime Minister of Pakistan then how you will get your rights” he asked.

Addressing a corner meetings at Gol, Sarmak, Mehdiabad and other places in Skardu district of Gilgit Baltistan, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that Imran Khan is a liar who had promised Southern Punjab province within 100 days in power but he did not fulfill his promise. He said that only PPP is the party which can provide the rights to the people of GB.

The PPP had given GB the first governor and the chief minister and in 2018 election manifesto whatever PPP had promised for the people of GB will be fulfilled. He said that to fulfill all the promises for the people of GB, you have to vote for PPP and bring it to power in GB. Due to the lies of Imran Khan, the people from GB to Karachi have only one slogan and that is, Go Imran Go. He said that from the lady health workers to the growers, from the laborers to the government employees, everyone is troubled by Imran Khan. His change is in fact destruction and we have to save GB from this destruction.

Chairman PPP said that the people of GB do not need a lollipop but their rights. Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto’s priority was to provide employment for young people. Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto had given the lady health workers program.

President Zardari introduced BISP for the poor women of Pakistan. We need such revolutionary programs for the people of Pakistan in GB. The people of GB are still benefitting from the food subsidy given by PPP. I have to materialize the dreams that Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto had for the people of Pakistan. I need a clear mandate from GB so that I can become your voice in Islamabad and fight for your rights.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that we have to save the people of Gilgit Baltistan from this puppet and selected regime of Imran Khan, we have to save the youth of GB from the false promises of Imran Khan and to save the entire country from his destructive measures. Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto provided jobs all over the country, and it was a slogan for 2008 elections that “Benazir aaye gi, rozgaar laaye gi”. He asked people to vote for PPP and stamp the ballot paper on the arrow for a better tomorrow.
