Bilawal Bhutto opens election office in Hunza

Hunza: Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Sunday inaugurated an election office in Nasirabad in Hunza area of Gilgit Baltistan.

Addressing the people at the occasion he said that he has to complete the mission of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto and will provide the rights of the people of GB.

He said that the relation between the people of GB and the PPP go back to three generations. We will together establish separate province for the people of GB and will provide employment to the youth of GB in China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).

He said that he has come to the land of Baba Jan and promised to deliver justice to Baba Jan. he said that he will also deliver justice to PSF leader Ahmed Mumtaz who was sentenced by the Military court during General Musharraf’s time.

Afterwards he arrived in Gojal where he was received by the people with unprecedented enthusiasm and fervor.

Addressing a corner meeting in Gojal Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that we have to further our three generations old relations. Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto had ended FCR and rajgiri system and provided subsidy on food items, petrol and clothes. Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto introduced democracy in GB and allowed political parties to function in GB. President Zardari gave identity to the people of GB, assembly, first governor, first chief minister and 25 thousand jobs to the people of youth of GB. Only during PPP government in GB the people get their rights. The PPP will give them the right to rule, the right to property and the right to employment after forming a government in GB this time around.

Chairman PPP said that we will devise a plan to provide Thar coal on a cheaper price to the people of GB so that the winter requirements are fulfilled. He also said that the PPP will also improve the connectivity so the people can get a better connection of internet and telephone. He said that casting votes is important so that we can serve the people of GB. He said that this is a vast area and PPP will increase the number of electoral seats from this area. He asked people to vote for party’s candidate Zaboor Karim from this constituency in Gojal.

In Aliabad, Hunza, the Chairman PPP said that he had earlier also visited Hunza and Aliabad before as well. 15 November is a test for your struggle for your rights. PPP has got many rights for the people of GB and the rest job will be done by us together. As long as your voice is not heard in Islamabad nothing will be solved. We will make GB a province and will deliver your constitutional rights. There are some puppet and other parties which all have taken a page from the PPP constitution and the people of national security are also on your page of establishment of a separate province. You have to vote for the party which delivers your rights. We will not let them to snatch your subsidy. We will not let anyone to increase your taxes until you come at par with the rest of Pakistan. PPP will protect your rights which include your right to rule, right to property and right to employment. Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto provided employment by giving you right to free passport so that people can go abroad and make a living for their families. You should vote for PPP because it delivers your demands. We will restore all the people back on jobs who were laid off by other governments. He said that the People of Hunza and GB have the first right of employment in CPEC project which was conceived by President Asif Ali Zardari. He said that the government will not allow folding PTDC. PPP wants to give jobs to women of GB according to the vision of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto. He condemned the foul language used by PTI minister illegally campaigning for his party violating elections laws. The people also condemned this minister’s foul language which is against the traditions of the people of Gilgit Baltistan.

Senator Sherry Rehman, PPP GB president Amjad Hussain Advocate, Senator Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar, Hasan Murtaza, Dr. Nafisa Shah, Faisal Karim Kundi, Dr. Karim Khawaja, Shaheen Kausar Dar, Sadia Danish, Hidayatullah Khan and Nayab Laghsari was also present in these corner meetings with the Chairman PPP..
