Rehman Malik, Human Rights Chairman appeal WHO to provide COVID vaccines to people of IIOK under COVAX
Islamabad: World Chairman International Human Rights Commission, Ambassador Dr. Shahid Amin Khan called on Senator A. Rehman Malik former Interior Minister and Chairman Institute of Reforms and Research (IRR) in Islamabad and discussed the situation in Indian Illegally Occupied Kashmir (IIOK).
Both strongly condemned the ongoing Indian forces brutalities and curfew in Indian Occupied Kashmir and urged the international community to break its silence on the plight of oppressed people of Kashmir. Both expressed grave concerns over the non-availability of proper health care and vaccination to the oppressed Kashmiris during the Coronavirus pandemic.
They appealed to the World Health Organisation (WHO) to immediately dispatch COVID vaccines to helpless Kashmiris under the already existing special facility the COVAX. They demanded United Nations to force the Indian PM Narendra Modi to immediately uplift the curfew in Indian Illegally Occupied Kashmir that people there can have easy access to hospitals.
Senator A. Rehman Malik commended the services of Ambassador Dr. Shahid Amin and said that he has been working with the international community for the cause of Pakistan and we are proud of him for being the 4th World Chairman of International Human Rights Commission. He said that Dr. Shahid Amin has been raising his voice for the oppressed people of Kashmir and Palestine at international fronts in his official capacity.
Ambassador Shahid Amin applauded Senator Rehman Malik for his vocal voice for the people of Kashmir and for exposing Modi internationally for his crimes again humanity.
Both resolved that they will work together to highlight the Indian brutalities in Kashmir to ensure justice to the victims. Senator A. Rehman Malik presented Ambassador Dr. Shahid Amin a set of his five books including ‘Bleeding Kashmir’.
