Ambassador Andreas Ferrarese and Albana Ferrarese greet Pakistani nation on Independence Day

Islamabad: Italy’s Ambassador to Pakistan Andreas Ferrarese and his wife Albana Ferrarse on Friday greeted the Pakistani nation and the government on the country’s Independence Day.

They extended warmest greetings on occasion of the Independence Day of Pakistan, wishing peace, progress and prosperity to the people of Pakistan.

In a joint message, they said Pakistan and Italy had historically been friends. They said there was a lot of potential to enhance these ties into trade partnership.

They noted that Italy hosted a huge Pakistani community who were contributing towards the progress of the country.
