Zardari’ pays homage to Karsaz victims

Islamaba: Former President of Pakistan and President of Pakistan People’s Party Parliamentarians (PPPP), Asif Ali Zardari while paying homage to the martyrs of the October 18 tragedy said that the sun of democracy was able to shine again on Pakistan owing to the sacrifices made by the martyrs on October 18.

In a statement issued by Media Office Islamabad, former President Asif Ali Zardari said that Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto fought a war with extremists, exploiters and enemies of her homeland.

Asif Zardari said that Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto fought for restoration of the 1973 constitution, empowered parliament and rights of the people all her life. He said that PPP is the representative and advocate of the oppressed classes and will continue to fight against injustices.
