Bilawal Bhutto believes in democracy: Zulfikar Badar

Islamabad: Zulfiqar Ali Badar, the spokesperson to the Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that it was the vision of Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari that Sindh government has restored the Students’ Unions. Other provincial government should also follow the suit.

He said that his father also entered the main stream politics of the country after being trained in the student’s politics and he remained with the PPP for over 50 years.

Badar said this while addressing a press conference in Media Office Islamabad on Friday with the chief coordinator to the chairman PPP, Nazir Hussain Dhoki.

Zulfiqar Badar said that the PPP is an ideological party which has always raised the voice for the poor people of Pakistan.

Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is leading a long march from Karachi to Islamabad against price-hike, Poverty and unemployment. He said that the current selected government has pushed the country in the number 8 in the worst countries with regard to democracy. Pakistan is the 8th worst country with regard to democracy according to the Bloomberg report. This is a shameful situation for Pakistan. The current government has weakened democracy in Pakistan.

Spokesperson to the Chair PPP said that an incapable prime minister conferred certificates to the worst ministers of his cabinet. He conferred the certificate to the ministers who not only destroyed the country’s economy in the first 8 months of PTI government but also to a minister who has created urea crisis in the country.

Shah Mahmood Qureshi is criticizing Bilawal Bhutto Zardari to get attention of incapable prime minister for getting a certificate as well. He said that the government boasts its foreign policy and successful Chinese visit but in fact the foreign policy of the government has miserably failed. The economic policy has made the lives of the people hell as prices of electricity are increased bimonthly and petroleum price fortnightly.

Responding to questions of the journalists he said that the PDM was the brainchild of Chairman PPP. It is welcomed that other parties are also coming to the narrative of the PPP and agreed to bring a no-confidence against the government. He said that the PPP’s long march is to send this incapable government packing.
