Chinese envoy meets Pakistani minister to discuss matters of mutual interest

Islamabad: Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Nong Rong called on Minister of State for Petroleum Musadik Masood Malik in Islamabad.

According to an official statement, matters pertaining to mutual interests and bilateral relations were discussed in the meeting.

Speaking on the occasion, the Minister of State said China had always supported Pakistan in tough times.

He mentioned that the government was committed to further strengthen bilateral ties with China.

He underscored that the government had also expedited work on China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
