Ambassador Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman Al Thani attends briefing on CPEC at MOFA
Islamabad: Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Pakistan H.E. Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman Al Thani attended a briefing on China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) over the weekend.
The briefing was hosted by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) for resident Diplomatic Missions of several countries from East and Central Asia and the Middle East.
Pakistan’s foreign ministry briefed the resident diplomatic missions of several countries from East and Central Asia and the Middle East about the CPEC. The ministry hosted briefings on the CPEC for two days, September 15 and September 16.
Chaired by the Additional Secretary (Asia-Pacific) Mumtaz Zehra Baloch, two rounds of briefings were convened. The panel of experts also included senior officials of the Ministry of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives and the board of Investment.
