Pakistani leadership showers praise on visionary Xi Jinping after re-election

Islamabad: Pakistani leadership has showered praise on President Xi Jinping on his re-election as the Chinese President and vowed to work closely with the visionary leader.

President Arif Alvi tweeted: “I congratulate H.E. President Xi Jinping on his unanimous re-election. The ironclad brotherhood has grown from strength to strength.”

He added: “As China’s closest friend and all-weather partners, we look forward to working closely with President Xi to take relations to new heights.”

Separately, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also extended felicitations to Xi Jinping on being re-elected as President of China for the third time.

The Prime Minister said the government and people of Pakistan congratulate President Xi Jinping on being elected as the President of China for the next five years.

He mentioned that the confidence of the Chinese people and parliament in President Xi Jinping was a recognition of his extraordinary leadership skills.

Shehbaz Sharif remarked that President Xi Jinping has become a symbol of China’s development and people’s prosperity.

The PM underlined that under the visionary leadership of President Xi Jinping, China is making remarkable achievements in every field, including education, health, agriculture, innovation, and technology.

In his message, Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani extended warm congratulations to President Xi Jinping on being elected as the President of China for the third time.

The Chairman Senate, on behalf of the Parliament and the people of Pakistan, congratulated President Xi Jinping on his re-election as the leader of China, said a news release.

The confidence of the Chinese people and parliament in President Xi Jinping was a recognition of his extraordinary leadership skills, he added.

Under his leadership, China has made remarkable achievements in every field, and has become the world’s top economic power, said Chairman Senate.

Sadiq Sanjrani acknowledged that President Xi Jinping had become a symbol of China’s development and people’s prosperity.

“The two countries have always enjoyed a strong and evergreen strategic partnership, and it is hoped that this relationship will be further strengthened during the five-year term of President Xi Jinping,” he highlighted.

The Chairman Senate expressed his commitment to work with China to deepen cooperation in all areas of mutual interest, and to promote regional and global peace, stability and prosperity.

He wished President Xi Jinping all the success in leading China towards greater heights of progress and development. “We hope that the tried and tested strategic cooperation of the two countries will continue to grow and flourish in the coming years” he added.

Speaker Balochistan Assembly Mir Jan Muhammad Khan Jamali congratulated President Xi Jinping on being elected as the president of China for the third term.

In a statement issued here, the speaker said that the election of Xi Jinping for the third term was proof of the recognition of his services by the Chinese people and confidence in his capable leadership.

He underscored that President Xi Jinping had played an unprecedented role in Pak-China friendship, adding that the people of Pakistan were very happy with the election of Xi Jinping.

Jan Muhammad Jamali said that he congratulated Xi Jinping on behalf of the people of Balochistan for being elected as the President for the next five years.

People of Pakistan rate Xi Jinping as an outstanding global leader who has not only put China on the road of prosperity but also expressed willingness to help on all global issues for safer, peaceful and prosperous world.
