Ali Raza Syed emphasizes continued pursuit of freedom and self-determination for Kashmiris

Islamabad: Chairman of the Kashmir Council Europe (KC-EU) Ali Raza Syed on Wednesday emphasized the continued pursuit of freedom and self-determination for the people of Kashmir.

Speaking at an event here, Syed reiterated the importance of addressing the longstanding Kashmir conflict and the aspirations of the Kashmiri people.

“Kashmir has been a symbol of unresolved conflict for decades. The people of Kashmir have the fundamental right to determine their own destiny and live in peace and freedom,” he said.

Syed pointed to the suffering endured by the Kashmiri population due to the ongoing tensions and emphasized the need for a peaceful resolution to the dispute.

He called upon the international community to play a constructive role in facilitating dialogue between India and Pakistan to address the Kashmir issue.
