First Pakistani astronaut to go to space, Namira Salim thanks Zardari, Bilawal Bhutto

Islamabad: Namira Salim, the first Pakistani astronaut to have entered space, thanked the former President Asif Ali Zardari and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilasal Bhutto Zardari for their continued support and patronage.
Namira Salim expressed her gratitude to Zardari for appointing her as the First Honorary Consul of Pakistan to Monaco and for conferring the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz on her.
Namira Salim also thanked PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari for congratulating her on this achievement.
Namira Salim expressed her gratitude to Chairman Bilawal by saying that she proudly carried the national flag high in space while being grateful to the Pakistan People’s Party for supporting and recognising her during its government.
