80 Pakistani students honored with certificates for completing Tang-1 Chinese language course
Sargodha: A total of 80 Pakistani students were honored with certificates for completing the Tang-1 Chinese language course in a special ceremony held at the University of Sargodha.
The “Certificate Awarding Ceremony” was a collaborative effort between the Pakistan Institute of China Studies (PICS) and the Tang International Education Group from China.
This event was organized to recognize the remarkable achievements of the students who successfully completed the Tang-1 Chinese language course.
The ceremony was graced by the presence of several distinguished individuals, including Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Qaisar Abbas, Max Ma, the Director and Executive President of Tang International Education Group, China, and Dr Fazalur Rehman, Director of the Pakistan Institute of China Studies. During the event, Professor Dr Qaisar Abbas and Max Ma personally handed out certificates to the students.
In his address to the gathering, Professor Dr Qaisar Abbas emphasized the significance of linguistic education and cultural exchange in fostering mutual understanding and strengthening the enduring ties between China and Pakistan.
Dr Qaisar Abbas expressed his commitment to establishing technical and vocational education through a strategic partnership with Tang International Education Group.
During his speech, Max Ma conveyed his deep affection for Pakistan, referring to it as his “second home.” He also underscored the importance of promoting cultural activities among the youth of both countries.
Dr Fazalur Rehman, the Director of PICS, also spoke at the ceremony, expressing gratitude to Max Ma for providing students with the opportunity to learn the Chinese language.
The event concluded with a lively exchange of ideas between Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Qaisar Abbas, Max Ma, and the students, conducted in the Chinese language.
