Zardari firm to follow Bhutto’s philosophy

Islamabad: Former President of Pakistan and President Pakistan People’s Party Parliamentarians, Asif Ali Zardari in his message on the occasion of the Foundation Day of the PPP has said that the philosophy of the Party’s founding Chairman Quaid-e-Awam Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto was the promise to every citizen of provision of ‘Roti, Kapra Aur Makaan’. We are still firm on that philosophy.

Zardari vowed to create a Pakistan based on the ideology of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, one free of class exploitation. Asif Ali Zardari paid tribute to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the restoration of democracy and said that the martyrs are the heroes of the democratic nation. The Party workers are our invaluable asset, he said.

Asif Ali Zardari said that when Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto would be devastated to see children looking for sustenance from the garbage heap. He vowed to make Pakistan a place with books in every child’s hands, farmers getting fair fruits of labour and labourers attaining justice. President Zardari said that today the Constitution is supreme and for the restoration of this constitution in original form, thousands of workers rendered incomparable sacrifices.

Asif Ali Zardari said that it is a great achievement of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto that today there is freedom of speech in the country for which the Jiyalas have struggled long and hard. He said that an independent, dignified, soverign Pakistan was the mission of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto. He said that the Party is determined to build a progressive, enlightened, egalitarian and just society for which Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto sacrificed their lives. He asked the nation to support Bilawal Bhutto Zardari as the young leader will not disappoint the nation.
