Debut entrance for Chinese fashion brands in Italy
Rome: Young fashion brands from Futian district of Shenzhen, South China’s Guangdong province made their debut on the Autumn/Winter Milan Fashion Week runway at the Milan Royal Palace in Italy on Friday.
The event, known as the Shenzhen Futian Fashion Festival, marked the district’s first collective entry of its local brands into the official schedule of the Milan Fashion Week.
The three fashion brands-NEXY.CO, KAVON, and CHLOSIO displayed their latest designs and concepts during the show, exemplifying the diversity and vibrancy of Chinese fashion brands to the world. They infused the Milan Fashion Week with a fresh oriental charm.
Official figures indicate that Futian is the base for over 2,000 fashion brands, commanding a market share of over 50 percent in class A shopping malls across China’s first and second-tier cities.
