Fazlur Rehman, PPP’s Jameel-uz-Zaman exchange views on country’s political situationPPP stalwart meets Fazlur Rehman
Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) senior leader Makhdoom Jameel-uz-Zaman exchanged views on the country’s political situation on Saturday.
On this occasion, Rehman condoled the deaths of the Chinese citizens in Besham. The matters in line with the law and order were also discussed.
Last month, Rehman said that even institutions like the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) were handed over to the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
“The slogan of May 9 vandalism has been buried. There is no plus to holding the elections with intervention,” Rehman said.
“We are not going to take part in any sort of voting. Those who are remaining within the system will cause uproar, whereas those who do not exist in the current system will talk bravely,” he added.
