Bulgaria’s Lavena to pay 0.015 euro/share dividend for 2023
Sofia: Bulgarian cosmetics producer Lavena [BUL:LAV] said its shareholders endorsed a gross dividend payout of 0.03 levs ($0.016/0.015 euro) per share for 2023.
The company will return to investors 297,582 levs out of its distributable profit of 1.52 million levs reported for 2023, Lavena said in a bourse filing on Tuesday. The remaining 1.22 million levs will go towards Lavena’s additional reserve.
The company distributed a gross dividend of 0.02 levs per share for 2022, or 198,388 levs in total, according to previously disclosed information.
As of 1120 CEST on June 12, shares in Lavena traded 11.76% higher at 1.90 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
