Governor expresses condolence over demise of people due to rains
Peshawar: Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Faisal Karim Kundi on Thursday expressed deep sorrow over the loss of lives and property caused by recent rains in the province.
The Governor conveyed profound grief over the loss of 24 precious lives due to the rains and floods.
He extended heartfelt condolences and sympathy to the families of the deceased.
Governor Kundi prayed for the departed souls, patience and strength for the affected families.
He urged for taking preventive measures to avoid further damage from upcoming monsoon rains.
Governor Kundi also called on the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) and provincial disaster response agencies to implement advance safety measures.
