Italy: Brembo sees 5% slowdown in 2025 revenue

Rome: Italian brake maker Brembo forecast an around 5% drop in 2025 revenue on Tuesday, citing the context of great market uncertainty.
Its shares turned negative after the results were published, falling 7.7% as of 1148 GMT.
However, it said that after the consolidation of Öhlins and if the geopolitical situation and trade tensions stabilise in the second half of the year, the revenue could be in line with 2024.
The premium brake maker’s net profit stood at 262.6 million euros ($287.02 million) in 2024, down 13.9% from a year earlier.
The Bergamo-based company pledged an annual dividend of 30 euro cents per share, same as what it paid out last year.
