Portugal stocks higher at close of trade; PSI up 0.95%

Lisbon: Portugal stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Financials, Industrials and Consumer Services sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Lisbon, the PSI added 0.95%.
The best performers of the session on the PSI were Mota Engil SGPS SA (ELI:MOTA), which rose 4.94% or 0.16 points to trade at 3.35 at the close. Meanwhile, Banco Comercial Portugues (ELI:BCP) added 3.24% or 0.02 points to end at 0.54 and CTT Correios de Portugal SA (ELI:CTT) was up 3.16% or 0.21 points to 6.86 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were EDP Renovaveis (ELI:EDPR), which fell 1.07% or 0.08 points to trade at 7.38 at the close. Semapa (ELI:SEM) declined 0.49% or 0.08 points to end at 15.40 and The Navigator Company SA (ELI:NVGR) was down 0.43% or 0.01 points to 3.23.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Lisbon Stock Exchange by 16 to 7 and 4 ended unchanged.
Brent oil for June delivery was down 0.62% or 0.40 to $64.36 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in May fell 0.91% or 0.56 to hit $60.94 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.83% or 26.99 to trade at $3,217.61 a troy ounce.
EUR/USD was unchanged 0.05% to 1.14, while EUR/GBP fell 0.66% to 0.86. The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.52% at 99.38.
