Bilawal Bhutto condole death of Jackson Lee

Islamabad: Chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has expressed deep sorrow over the demise of U.S. Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee.

Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee was the founder and co-chairperson of the Congressional Pakistan Caucus.

According to a press release issued by the Media Cell Bilawal House here Saturday, the Chairman PPP, in his condolence message posted on social media platform X, said: “I am deeply saddened to learn about the demise of Sheila Jackson Lee. She had a long-standing association with democracy and the people of Pakistan. Her legacy as a champion of human rights and women’s rights will continue to inspire us. May her soul rest in peace.”
