PPP questions Mohmand Dam’s construction contract
Islamabad: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Senator Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar Wednesday said that Prime Minister Imran Khan had yet again made a u-turn by appointing his advisor’s company as the firm in charge of Mohmand Dam’s construction. The Senator, spokesman to the Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, said the federal government’s reality had been exposed through this act and was a proof of the government’s inability to stay true to its promises, he said. Senator Khokhar said that this act of PM Imran Khan demands attention from the National Accountability Bureau (NAB). “The appointment of Razzaq Daood’s company is unfair and proves how biased the PTI (Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf) government is,” he stated. Senator Khokhar demanded immediate removal of Razzaq Dawood from the government’s affairs.
