PPP challenges opposition parties who wanted to resign should do so now

Islamabad: Secretary Information Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians, Shazia Atta Marri has in a response to the statement of Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that in politics commando actions do not work that attack and run away.

Shazia Marri said that alliances are made on equal basis and there is no party senior than the other. Alliances are based on equality. She said that whoever wants to resign should do so now. The PPP will not leave the selected government and will continue to oppose this selected government.

In a separate statement the Information Secretary Pakistan Peoples Party, Faisal Karim Kundi has said that whatever the PDM has achieved in the bye-elections is due to the vision of the PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and whatever harm has been inflicted on the opposition alliance is due to Maulana Fazlur Rehman and that PML-N. If the resignations were tendered on the demands of the two, then it would have been a political suicide. The real conspiracy against PDM was to club the resignations with the long march.
