Balochistan Minister commends China’s vision for regional peace, stability

Quetta: Caretaker Information Minister of Balochistan Jan Achakzai has expressed his strong support for the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and commended China’s vision for ensuring regional peace and stability.

He emphasized that China’s assistance to Pakistan has consistently been directed towards addressing the country’s challenges.

In a statement, Achakzai underscored the transformative impact of CPEC on Pakistan, highlighting the completion of several projects within this expansive initiative, with many more projects currently in progress.

He mentioned that the pace of work on CPEC projects will accelerate in the upcoming days, and cooperation between China and Pakistan is expanding across various sectors, including agriculture, special economic zones, information technology, and mineral resource exploration.

He also extended gratitude to the Chinese government for their support during Pakistan’s financial crisis, emphasizing that the CPEC project has not only brought peace, prosperity, and development opportunities to Pakistan but also to the entire region.

Achakzai referred to CPEC as a “win-win economic initiative” that has created extensive opportunities for global investors. He praised China as a reliable partner and trusted friend.
